The Pacific North westerner State of Idaho has an estimated population of one million, five hundred thousand [1,500,000]. Its largest city is Boise, this city, incidentally, is also the capital of the state. According to experts, Idaho’s name stemmed from the Indian root word “Ee-dah-ow” which means “Gem of the Mountains.” The explanation for the name is that it may be due to the state’s abundance in their natural resources. Idaho is the 45th highest among the states founded on vehicle theft The type of car that topped the list of most stolen cars is the 1988 Toyota Pickup, followed by the 1992 Chevrolet Full Size C/K 1500 Pickup and the 1997 Ford F150 Series trailing as third. Other types of vehicles in the list are the following: 1988 Honda Civic,1989 Toyota Camry, 1995 Chevrolet Blazer, 1988 Ford Ranger, 2001 Pontiac Grand Am, and the 1997 Chevrolet Cavalier.
